It was in an incredible location with a large downtown shopping mall nearby.
Well, the area was pretty dirty overall.

Comfortable rooms, good for families.
Having to pay for parking. No where (when you enter the parking garage) does it say that 12.00 a day will be charged to your room. It does indicate that if you use your hotel room key, Embassy Suites guests can access the garage. The 12.00 a day charge off sets the 'free hot breakfast" The same breakfast every day. We stayed for 4 nights and every day it was the same breakfast.

Overall great experience!!! Breakfast was unbelievable anything you could want to eat. Rooms were large and beds so comfy. Great location across from mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants.
You had to pay for parking even if you are a guest.

There was a family reunion there and I waited in line for an omelette when a lady invited her husband in front of me who had not been waiting and ordered 3 I just stepped out of line rather than cause a prob this exact thing happened when we were in Williamsburg Va and another family reunion did the same rude things we also could not get a cart to load or unload because the same family reunion was using a cart for numerous rooms I really appreciated how the front desk immediately addressed the issue when I witnessed a carload of people get out of a car in the parking lot and proceed to the pool I reported this and it was immediately handled
I feel that if you continue to book "family reunions" you need to keep a very close check on food and drink service I have no problem showing my key every time I want a drink or breakfast these so called reunions are costing you more customers and money than they bring in

Complimentary breakfast. Free parking. Good location.
A group of teenage girls were staying in the room next to us. They were very loud. I called the front desk three times. First at 11:00, then 11:30, and finally at midnight. The third time I called to complain about the noise, I was told that they were having a party. I asked if they could be moved and I was told that I could be moved. My children were asleep, so I didn't want tone moved. I was told that they had a right to do whatever they wanted. They had paid for their room just as I had. The man at the front desk said, "I would reimburse your money but I see you booked through a third party". When you pay to stay in a "nice" hotel you expect to at least get some sleep. It was 2:30 am before I finally fell asleep. The point is. I was made to feel like I wasn't as important because I booked through Booked.net and my complaints of noise was not taken care of. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again. I will also be reporting the incident to Embassy Suites at the corporate level. I love booking. com.

Great Value Accommodation for Couples!
The complimentary breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious options that kept us energized for the day. A hidden gem next door for dinner made it easy to unwind after exploring. Be sure to check out the parking deck. It's slightly inconvenient but manageable!
